Weisewelt operates from México and adapts this version to the local profile of United States. Mandatory local consumer or privacy rights prevail where applicable.

United States notice: This U.S. English profile is designed to address FTC expectations on truthful disclosures, privacy and reasonable data security, commercial email opt-out duties under CAN-SPAM, children under 13 under COPPA where applicable, and state privacy rights such as notice, access, deletion, correction and opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising when a state law applies. Weisewelt does not intentionally sell personal information. 1. Permitted use

Services must be used for learning, orientation assessment, productivity, training, compliance and personal or professional development in accordance with the law.

2. Prohibited use

  • Unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, abusive scraping, unpermitted reverse engineering or security interference.
  • Illegal, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, impermissible sexual, violent or rights-infringing content.
  • Using simulators or reports for fraud, evasion, harm, illegal surveillance, malware or attacks.
  • Reselling, sharing accounts, automating consumption or bypassing plan limits.
  • Submitting third-party personal data without valid authorization.

3. Measures

We may limit, suspend or cancel access, remove content, apply security controls, block IPs, request verification or report conduct where legally required or risk-based.
