By using Weisewelt, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any product-specific terms.
2. Services
Weisewelt provides educational content, simulators, orientation assessments, roadmaps, compliance tools, micro-courses, memberships and digital tools. Services may be free or paid and may depend on language, plan and availability.
3. Educational and informational nature
Content does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, tax, labor, official academic or cybersecurity advice. Reports are orientation tools for informed decisions and critical decisions should be validated by qualified professionals.
4. Accounts, access and payments
You are responsible for account security and accurate information. Lite, Pro or Pro Plus access may depend on WooCommerce, memberships, coupons, licenses, tokens or integrations. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weisewelt is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, decisions made without professional validation, misuse, third-party failures or interruptions beyond our control.
8. Governing law and mandatory rights
The base operation is governed by the laws of México, without limiting mandatory consumer or privacy rights in the user’s country or U.S. state. Any dispute-handling language must be reviewed before enabling arbitration, class-action waiver, venue restriction or subscription auto-renewal rules for U.S. customers.
