1. General principle
We want users to understand what they purchase. Product descriptions, Free/Lite/Pro/Pro Plus plans, renewal terms, cancellation conditions and material limitations are shown before payment. Mandatory local consumer rights prevail.
2. Digital products and memberships
For digital products, assessments, reports, simulators, downloadable courses or immediate access, refunds may be limited once content has been accessed, downloaded, consumed or personalized, except for verified defects, duplicate charges or mandatory rights.
3. Reviewable cases
- Duplicate charge or payment error.
- No access due to a Weisewelt-attributable technical failure.
- Clearly defective product not corrected after reasonable support.
- Cancellation before activation or consumption of the digital service.
